Bill and Alan joined together for Bill's 2005 overall, Class 5 and Classic Division win. A blown engine in 2006 stopped Bill's run (again with Alan co-driving) as the first gold plate winner in 2004 to target the platinium plate. Bill drove to overall victory in 2003 and 2004, also winning Class 5 and the Classic Division, with Tamara Hull and Peter Guagenti (respectively) as co-drivers. Bill and Tamara drove their 1999 BMW M Coupe in the 2002 inaugural event, winning the Modern Division and Class 9, finishing 5th overall. Alan drove to Overall victory in the Touring Division in 2002 with Carolyn Ryall co-driving.
